Job Responsibilities :

- Plan, manage, and supervise day-to-day production activities for IV Fluids / Large Volume Parenterals (LVP).
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per the approved production plan while maintaining product quality.
- Supervise manufacturing processes including solution preparation, filtration, filling, sealing, sterilization, and packing.
- Ensure strict compliance with GMP, SOPs, BMRs, and regulatory requirements.
- Review and maintain batch manufacturing records, production logbooks, and other documentation.
- Monitor production equipment, utilities, manpower, and material availability.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, Warehouse, and Maintenance departments.
- Investigate production deviations, process issues, and breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure proper line clearance, cleaning, sanitation, and contamination-control practices.
- Monitor production yield, rejection, wastage, and productivity.
- Train and guide production personnel on GMP, SOPs, safety, and operational procedures.
- Ensure compliance with data integrity, documentation, safety, and hygiene requirements.
- Participate in audits, inspections, validation activities, and regulatory compliance activities.
- Prepare production reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Manage production manpower and shift schedules effectively.

Educational Qualification

- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc. Chemistry / B.Sc. Chemistry from a recognized institution.
- Candidates with relevant pharmaceutical manufacturing qualifications and experience will be preferred.
Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, preferably in IV Fluids / LVP manufacturing.
- Strong experience in production operations, GMP compliance, batch documentation, and team management is preferred.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical manufacturing practices.
- Good knowledge of IV Fluid/LVP manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Strong leadership, manpower management, and problem-solving skills.
- Good documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to handle production targets and coordinate with multiple departments.
- Willingness to work in shifts when required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
