Full job description

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate should possess excellent project planning, task management, stakeholder communication, and risk management skills. This role requires a strong leader who can anticipate challenges, drive execution, and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects on time and with high quality.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones.
Effectively manage and prioritize tasks to ensure timely delivery across the team.
Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues.
Identify project risks at an early stage and develop appropriate mitigation and contingency plans.
Escalate risks and issues to stakeholders when required and drive resolution through effective collaboration.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of project activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Identify the appropriate stakeholders for project decisions, dependencies, and issue resolution.
Facilitate regular project meetings, status updates, and progress reporting.
Ensure clear and timely communication across all project participants.
Track project metrics, resource utilization, and delivery timelines.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance project delivery processes.
Demonstrate proactive leadership by anticipating project needs and following up on action items without waiting for reminders.
Foster accountability, collaboration, and ownership within the project team.

Requirements

9+ years as a Project Manager.
Proven experience managing software development or digital transformation projects.
Strong project planning, scheduling, and task management skills.
Excellent risk identification, analysis, mitigation, and issue management capabilities.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and business functions.
Demonstrated leadership skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Ability to make informed decisions and drive projects to completion with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project environments.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Confluence, or similar tools.
PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is an added advantage.
