HackWise Academy is a specialized cybersecurity training institution dedicated to making cybersecurity and ethical hacking accessible to learners of all levels. Through a hands-on, practical learning approach, the academy provides industry-relevant training and certifications that equip students with real-world cybersecurity skills. Role Description

HackWise Academy is seeking a motivated and organized **Operations Associate** to join our team in **Thiruvananthapuram**. This is a **full-time, on-site** position responsible for supporting the academy's day-to-day operations and ensuring a seamless learning experience for students.

The Operations Associate will coordinate class schedules, manage student registrations and onboarding, maintain operational records, and assist learners with their inquiries. The role involves working closely with instructors and internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of training programs, workshops, and academy events.

Additional responsibilities include managing front-desk operations, responding to emails and phone calls, maintaining documentation, coordinating administrative activities, and supporting process improvements that enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.

* **Candidates with a diploma or bachelor's degree in any discipline are eligible to apply.**

* Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently.
