Full job description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) Intern to support our sales and business development activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in client relationship management and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate potential leads through various online and offline channels.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Reach out to prospective clients through calls, emails, and social media platforms.
Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.
Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and business documents.
Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships.
Support the team in achieving business development targets.
Participate in marketing and promotional activities as required.
Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.

Requirements

Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree (BBA, MBA, B.Com, Marketing, or related fields).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and internet research.
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

Understanding of sales and business development processes.
Knowledge of digital marketing concepts is an added advantage.
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
