Hiring: Academic Coordinator & Academic Manager – Educatify (Trivandrum)

Location: Trivandrum, Kerala (Work from Office / Home / Hybrid based on experience)

As we continue to grow, we are looking for passionate, organised, and results-driven professionals to join our team as Academic Coordinators and Academic Managers.

Academic CoordinatorKey Responsibilities

✅ Coordinate daily class schedules and teacher allocations
✅ Act as the primary point of contact for parents, students, and teachers
✅ Manage trial classes, attendance records, and follow-ups
✅ Monitor class completion status and student engagement
✅ Handle student enrolments and onboarding activities
✅ Maintain records using Excel, Google Sheets, and educational platforms
✅ Support administrative and operational activities
✅ Ensure timely communication with students, parents, and teachers

Desired Skills

✅ Excellent communication skills in English
✅ Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
✅ Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Workspace
✅ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
✅ Customer-focused and service-oriented mindset
✅ Experience in education, tuition centres, customer support, or coordination roles preferred

Qualifications

✅ Bachelor's degree in any discipline
✅ 1–3 years of experience in coordination, administration, customer service, or education preferred
✅ Freshers with excellent communication and organisational skills may also apply

Academic ManagerKey Responsibilities

✅ Lead and manage a team of Academic Coordinators and Teachers
✅ Oversee student enrolment, retention, and academic success initiatives
✅ Develop and implement academic processes and operational strategies
✅ Monitor teacher performance, student outcomes, and service quality
✅ Manage staffing, teacher recruitment, and resource allocation
✅ Resolve escalated parent, student, and teacher concerns effectively
✅ Ensure operational excellence and adherence to organisational standards
✅ Analyse performance metrics and prepare management reports
✅ Drive continuous improvement initiatives across academic and operational functions
✅ Collaborate with leadership on growth strategies and business expansion

✅ Strong leadership and people management capabilities
✅ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
✅ Advanced organisational and project management skills
✅ Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace, and reporting tools
