Job Summary:

The Total Rewards & Payroll Partner is responsible for processing payroll accurately and on time, including the administration of commissions, earnings, deductions, reimbursements, and other payroll-related transactions.

Essential Functions and Tasks:

The role supports end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
Administer employee benefit programs, including group insurance enrollment, changes, terminations, claims coordination, and liaison with insurance providers to ensure seamless employee support.
Manage statutory compliance activities related to Provident Fund (PF), Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), Professional Tax, and other applicable payroll-related regulations, ensuring accurate deductions, filings, and timely remittances.
Prepare, validate, and submit statutory reports, returns, and reconciliations while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and audit standards.
Partner with HR, Finance, employees, and external vendors to resolve payroll, benefits, and compliance-related queries in a timely and accurate manner.
Perform payroll audits, reconciliations, and data validation activities to ensure accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of employee information.
Support payroll reporting, analytics, and documentation requirements, providing insights and maintaining records for internal and external audits.
Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to enhance payroll accuracy, compliance, operational efficiency, and employee experience.
Handling Employee Queries within the TAT.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s /master’s degree Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 to 4 years’ experience in Payroll/Total Rewards.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural, global environment.

Compensation:

Base Compensation will be based on various factors unique to each candidate including geographic location, skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
This position is also eligible for a discretionary incentive bonus in accordance with company policies.
