Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Experience: 4 to 8 Years
Job Location: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai (Onsite)

Reporting To: Director – Techplus Infotech Pvt. Ltd.

Job Summary

Techplus Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and result-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT roles across contract and permanent staffing. The ideal candidate should have expertise in talent sourcing, screening, client coordination, stakeholder management, and onboarding while ensuring timely delivery of quality talent and an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Screening, Evaluation & Selection

Conduct initial HR interviews and basic technical screening.
Assess candidate suitability based on skills, experience, availability, compensation expectations, notice period, and relocation readiness.
Ensure complete documentation and candidate validation before client submission.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers/clients.
Follow up with candidates and clients for interview feedback and drive position closures.
Manage salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and onboarding readiness.
Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Client & Requirement Management

Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for clients for all recruitment-related activities.
Collaborate with account managers and business teams to prioritize hiring requirements.
Participate in requirement gathering discussions and provide market intelligence on talent availability, salary trends, and skill demand.
Coordinate with hiring managers to define job specifications and hiring expectations.
Ensure timely delivery of quality profiles while maintaining client satisfaction.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Recruitment Operations & HR Coordination

Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring dashboards, MIS reports, and recruitment databases with complete accuracy.
Coordinate onboarding activities, including document verification, background verification, offer documentation, and induction scheduling.
Ensure timely issuance of offer letters, employment documents, and onboarding formalities.
Track candidate joining status and conduct post-offer and post-joining follow-ups.
Coordinate with HR Operations, Payroll, IT, and Admin teams for seamless onboarding.
Maintain employee records and recruitment documentation in HRMS.
Support attendance records, employee database management, and HRMS updates whenever required.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports for management review.
Identify and implement recruitment process improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

Metrics & Delivery

Achieve monthly and quarterly hiring targets for submissions, interviews, offers, and successful joinings.
Track recruitment KPIs, including:
Time to Hire (TAT)
Closure Rate
Submission-to-Interview Ratio
Interview-to-Offer Ratio
Offer Acceptance Rate
Joining Ratio
Analyze hiring data and recommend strategies to improve recruitment effectiveness.

Compliance & Process Adherence

Ensure complete documentation for contract and permanent staffing.
Maintain accurate recruitment data, trackers, and MIS.
Ensure recruitment activities comply with company SOPs, client requirements, and internal policies.
Maintain confidentiality of candidate and client information.
Support recruitment audits and ensure adherence to statutory and organizational compliance standards.

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
Experience in IT recruitment and client-facing hiring environments will be an added advantage.
