Full job description

Monoskin™ is a rapidly growing dermatology company committed to delivering innovative, science-backed skincare solutions through dermatologists across India. As we expand, we're looking for a results-driven professional to accelerate doctor engagement, strengthen our sales operations and support our field team.

Role Summary

As a Sales Growth Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth by supporting our Medical Representatives, managing doctor relationships and converting opportunities into long-term business. You will work closely with doctors over phone, WhatsApp and email, ensuring timely follow-ups, improving conversion rates and helping the sales team achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

Follow up with dermatologists after Medical Representative visits and product sampling.
Build strong, long-term relationships with doctors and clinic staff.
Convert interested doctors into active prescribing customers through effective communication.
Support and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the Medical Representative team.
Track doctor interactions and maintain accurate CRM records.
Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to improve conversions.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports and dashboards.
Coordinate with logistics, accounts and customer support to ensure a seamless doctor experience.
Follow up on outstanding payments and support collection activities.
Monitor territory performance and recommend strategies to increase productivity.
Handle doctor queries, objections and service-related issues professionally.
Assist with new product launches, promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
Work closely with management to improve sales processes and customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA, B.Pharm, D.Pharm, BBA, B.Sc. or equivalent.
1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, healthcare sales, inside sales, business development or customer success.
Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Excel is preferred.
