* Qualification: Diploma / B.Sc. / BCA / B.Tech / BE (IT, CSE, ECE, or related field)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused IT Service Desk Support Executive to provide first-level technical support to end users. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues, ensuring timely resolution while maintaining excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, or remote tools.
Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral issues.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications.
Resolve basic network connectivity issues (LAN/Wi-Fi).
Create, update, and close support tickets while maintaining proper documentation.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical teams.
Assist users with password resets, account management, and system access.
Perform routine system maintenance and software updates.
Ensure timely resolution of user issues in line with service standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in IT Support or Service Desk (Freshers with relevant knowledge can also apply).
Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, networking, printers, and hardware troubleshooting.
Familiarity with ticketing systems is an added advantage.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.
