Job Description

Job Title: IT Sales Manager

Department: Sales & Business Development

Experience: 3–10 Years

Location: Vizagapatam, Andhra Pradesh

Salary Range: ₹5.0 LPA – ₹10.0 LPA

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Enterprise Sales Manager to drive business growth across Enterprise, Government, PSU, and corporate customers. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Data Center, Networking, Managed Services, or Digital Transformation solutions.

Candidates from System Integrators (SI), IT Services Companies, Technology Solution Providers, Value-Added Resellers (VARs), and Technology Distributors will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Sales

Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across Enterprise and Government sectors.
Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
Drive revenue growth through direct customer engagement and relationship management.
Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.

Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, CISOs, Procurement Teams, and Key Decision Makers.
Understand customer business requirements and align technology solutions accordingly.
Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and solution discussions.

Solution Selling

Promote IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Data Center, Networking, Backup, Disaster Recovery, and Managed Services solutions.
Work closely with Presales and Technical Teams to design customer-specific solutions.
Develop value-based sales propositions and business cases.

Enterprise & Government Account Management

Manage key enterprise accounts and strategic customers.
Develop account growth plans and customer engagement strategies.
Explore opportunities in Government, PSU, Defence, Education, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and BFSI sectors.

OEM & Partner Engagement

Coordinate with OEMs and technology partners.
Develop joint business plans with OEMs.
Leverage OEM programs and resources to drive business opportunities.

Bid & Tender Support

Support Tender and Bid Management teams during opportunity qualification.
Participate in RFP discussions, solution reviews, and customer presentations.
Coordinate with internal teams for proposal submissions and compliance requirements.

Sales Forecasting & Reporting

Maintain accurate sales forecasts and opportunity updates.
Update CRM and sales pipeline reports regularly.
Present business updates and account status reports to management.
