Full job description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor with a minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience to oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily construction/site activities.
Manage and monitor contractors, subcontractors, workers, and site teams.
Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, designs, specifications, and schedules.
Coordinate with architects, interior designers, engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders.
Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship at the site.
Ensure proper execution of civil, interior, finishing, and installation works as applicable.
Check site measurements, levels, dimensions, and workmanship for accuracy.
Identify site issues and coordinate timely solutions with the relevant teams.
Monitor project progress and report daily/weekly updates to management.
Ensure materials, manpower, tools, and equipment are available as required.
Maintain proper site records, measurements, work progress, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with site safety rules and company procedures.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure housekeeping and cleanliness.
Coordinate inspections and resolve quality or execution-related issues.
Ensure work is completed within the approved timeline and budget.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in construction, interior, architecture, or related projects.
Good knowledge of construction and interior execution processes.
Ability to read and understand architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
Strong knowledge of site coordination, measurements, materials, and workmanship.
Good communication and team-management skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet deadlines.
Good knowledge of safety practices and site procedures.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and site documentation is preferred.

Education

Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
Relevant practical site experience will be considered.

Experience

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant site supervision experience.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be hands-on, organized, technically sound, and capable of independently managing day-to-day site operations while maintaining quality, safety, and project timelines.
