About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, energetic, and field-oriented Marketing & Outreach Executive for an e-waste management company. This is not a digital marketing or desk-based role.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on the ground, meeting people, building relationships, organizing events and collection drives, visiting potential partners, and creating awareness around responsible e-waste disposal and recycling.

We need someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves, take ownership, and execute initiatives personally, rather than only planning them from an office.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular field visits to corporates, offices, educational institutions, residential societies, retailers, NGOs, and other potential partners.
Build relationships with corporate organizations, facility managers, administration teams, institutions, RWAs, sustainability teams, and local communities.
Identify opportunities for partnerships, e-waste collection programs, awareness campaigns, and recycling initiatives.
Plan and execute e-waste collection drives, awareness programs, workshops, exhibitions, corporate events, and community events.
Represent the company at relevant industry events, networking meets, conferences, exhibitions, and sustainability forums.
Develop a strong local network and generate business opportunities through direct outreach, referrals, partnerships, and face-to-face engagement.
Coordinate with internal operations teams for collection, logistics, event execution, and partner requirements.
Conduct presentations and awareness sessions explaining responsible e-waste management and the company’s services.
Visit prospective customers and partners regularly and maintain active follow-ups.
Identify new locations, organizations, and communities where e-waste collection initiatives can be conducted.
Track field activities, partnerships, leads, events, and outcomes and provide regular updates to management.
Support branding and offline promotional activities such as brochures, banners, stalls, institutional campaigns, and on-ground activations.

Candidate Requirements

Prior experience in field marketing, offline marketing, business development, events, community outreach, partnerships, CSR, sustainability, waste management, or a similar field-oriented role.
Comfortable spending significant time outside the office and travelling locally for meetings and events.
Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
Ability to approach new organizations and individuals confidently and build relationships from scratch.
Hands-on attitude with the willingness to personally coordinate and execute events and campaigns.
Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently.
Good coordination and organizational skills.
Comfortable working in a startup or operationally intensive environment.
Interest in sustainability, recycling, environmental initiatives, or e-waste management will be an advantage.
Experience working with corporates, residential societies, educational institutions, NGOs, government bodies, or CSR teams would be preferred.

We are looking for someone who can go into the market, meet people, create partnerships, organize activities, build a network, and make things happen on the ground. The role requires persistence, initiative, strong people skills, and a genuine willingness to be involved in execution from start to finish.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
