Role Overview

We are looking for dynamic, target-driven Business Development Associates to join our growing FinTech and financial education business. You will engage with prospective learners and professionals through outbound calling, understand their financial learning and career goals, and recommend relevant programs across our Finance, Stock Market, Investment, and FinTech-focused brands.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, financial markets, investments, and helping customers make informed learning decisions.

Conduct outbound calls with prospective learners interested in stock markets, investments, personal finance, trading, and financial education.
Understand customer goals, financial learning requirements, and career aspirations.
Pitch and explain relevant Finance, Stock Market, Investment, Trading, and FinTech education programs.
Clearly communicate program benefits, curriculum, outcomes, and value propositions to prospective customers.
Build strong customer relationships through effective communication, consultative selling, and consistent follow-ups.
Handle customer objections and guide prospects through the complete sales journey from lead engagement to conversion.
Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activity.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets through disciplined prospecting and conversion.
Work closely with marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and customer experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
Strong interest in finance, stock markets, investments, trading, or FinTech.
Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial education programs.
Strong sales orientation with a target-driven and result-focused mindset.
Good negotiation, objection-handling, and follow-up skills.
High resilience and ability to perform in a fast-paced sales environment.
Prior experience in FinTech, financial services, investment sales, insurance sales, EdTech sales, or telecalling is an advantage.
Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in financial markets are encouraged to apply.
Basic understanding of concepts such as stocks, mutual funds, trading, investments, personal finance, or financial markets is preferred.
