Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Field Reporter & Content Writer with a background in Journalism and Mass Communication and up to 2 years of experience. The role involves gathering on-ground news, creating clear, engaging, and accurate content for digital platforms, and supporting the company’s branding, marketing, and communication initiatives within the healthcare and pharmaceutical domain.

Note: This position is strictly open to candidates based in the Tricity area (Chandigarh, Mohali ).

Key Responsibilities

Write high-quality content for websites, blogs, product descriptions, and marketing materials
Create engaging content for digital platforms such as social media, newsletters, and online campaigns
Edit, proofread, and optimize content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency
Conduct research on healthcare and pharmaceutical topics to support content development
Gather on-ground news and local updates from the Tricity region
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align content with brand messaging
Ensure content follows SEO best practices and company guidelines
Update existing content to maintain relevance and accuracy

Required Qualifications & Skills

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Mass Communication or a related field

Experience:

1–2 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, journalism, or field reporting
Must be based in the Tricity region

Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent command of English grammar, spelling, and style
Ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content
Basic understanding of SEO and digital content strategies
Strong research skills and attention to detail
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks

Preferred Attributes

Interest in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical content
Familiarity with blogs, corporate websites, and digital marketing content
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-growing organization
