The Business Process Analyst / Process Transformation Specialist will play a key role in driving enterprise-wide process excellence, business transformation, operational standardization, and digital innovation across MOL-IT and associated business functions. The incumbent will work closely with stakeholders across HR, Finance & Accounts, General Affairs, Engineering Services, GIC, and other support functions to assess existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and design future-state operating models.

The role will be responsible for leveraging process excellence methodologies, AI, Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and automation technologies to improve operational efficiency, governance, compliance, and business performance. The individual will act as a catalyst for continuous improvement, standardization, and digital transformation initiatives across the organization.

Areas of Responsibilities

1. Process Discovery & Current State Assessment

Engage with HR, Finance & Accounts, GIC, General Affairs, Engineering Services, and other business functions to understand operational processes.

Conduct process workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process discovery sessions.

Document and analyze current-state ("As-Is") business processes, workflows, controls, and dependencies.

Develop process maps and operational workflow documentation.

Create and maintain an enterprise-wide repository of business processes.

Ensure complete visibility of operational procedures across departments.

2. Process Analysis & Optimization

Conduct process maturity assessments across business functions.

Identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, manual dependencies, compliance gaps, and operational risks.

Analyze current workflows and recommend process improvements.

Design optimized future-state ("To-Be") process models.

Drive process simplification, standardization, and business efficiency initiatives.

Establish measurable process performance metrics and improvement targets.

3. Digital Transformation & Automation

Identify opportunities to leverage AI, Microsoft Copilot, automation, and workflow technologies.

Promote process digitization and automation across business functions.

Support implementation of Power Platform-based business solutions.

Improve reporting, governance, data visibility, and decision-making through digital technologies.

Recommend technology-enabled solutions to eliminate manual effort.

Develop transformation roadmaps aligned with organizational goals.

4. Enterprise Standardization & Governance

Lead enterprise-wide process standardization initiatives.

Establish common operational practices across departments.

Develop governance frameworks and process control mechanisms.

Standardize templates, workflows, forms, and documentation practices.

Create governance models for monitoring compliance and process adherence.

Act as a central coordinator for process improvement and standardization programs.

5. SOP Development & Documentation

Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across departments.

Create process manuals, policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.

Ensure process documentation complies with governance and audit requirements.

Maintain version control and governance of enterprise process documentation.

Support internal and external audit readiness initiatives.

Establish process documentation standards across the organization.

6. KPI Management & Continuous Improvement

Define and implement process KPIs and measurement frameworks.

Monitor operational performance and process effectiveness.

Develop dashboards and performance reporting mechanisms.

Track process improvement initiatives and business outcomes.

Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Recommend corrective and preventive actions based on KPI performance.

7. Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive process transformation initiatives.

Facilitate workshops, governance meetings, and working sessions.

Support change management and user adoption initiatives.

Build alignment between business objectives and process improvement initiatives.

Influence stakeholders toward standardization and operational excellence.

Present findings, recommendations, and transformation roadmaps to leadership teams.

8. Strategic Process Transformation Initiatives

Drive enterprise-wide business transformation initiatives.

Support AI-enabled business process modernization programs.

Build department-wise transformation roadmaps.

Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiency improvements.

Support implementation of approved transformation recommendations.

Report business value realization and transformation progress to management.

Required Skill Set

Experience

6–10 years of experience in Business Process Management, Process Excellence, Business Analysis, or Process Transformation.

Experience conducting enterprise-wide process assessments.

Experience in process optimization and operational improvement initiatives.

Proven experience working with cross-functional stakeholders.

Experience driving digital transformation and automation initiatives.
