Work you’ll do

As an Assistant Manager-Operations, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping to establish and maintain infrastructure that enables efficient execution of the Culture & Enablement portfolio strategic priorities and promotes team health. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the Operations lead to provide strategic initiative support across the Culture & Enablement portfolio to drive Deloitte Global C-suite priorities for leaders and professionals and ensure programs and initiatives resonate with our global audience and are delivered successfully. Responsibilities include:

Support the planning, execution, and communications for marquee events, recurring forums, and signature campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Collaborate with Operations lead and Center of Excellence leads to develop and edit communications in support of portfolio needs, and aligned with brand standards
Develop and maintain project plans, onboarding materials, and templates and artifacts such as playbooks, toolkits, onboarding frameworks, project management trackers
Manage all aspects of event logistics, recurring forums, signature campaigns, material support requests, and ad-hoc project support for cross-COE and process-driven initiatives as required
Support project management for Deloitte Global intranet project migration and page maintenance
Maintain Deloitte Global-wide internal distribution list management
Support Operations reporting maintenance and requirements
Act as key resource to facilitate team connection opportunities and team meetings and strategy sessions

Qualifications

Fluency in English.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Operations, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
Project Management, Business Operations, or related certifications are considered an asset.
6+ years of experience in operations, program coordination, employee engagement, HR, or a related field.
Experience supporting projects, events, or operational processes.
Mastery of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and virtual teaming platforms (Teams, Zoom, etc.)
SharePoint Modern and intranet knowledge is an asset.
Experience working with diverse stakeholders in a matrixed, global virtual environment, with the ability to build relationships and manage contributors at all levels, from staff to senior executives.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail, follow-through, and a commitment to producing high-quality, error-free work.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare professional stakeholder communications and executive-ready materials.
Strong project coordination, task management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
