Job Summary

Wearch Developers is looking for an experienced, visionary, and business-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with a minimum of 20 years of professional experience, preferably in the construction, real estate, civil engineering, interiors, architecture, infrastructure, or related industries.

The CEO will be responsible for providing overall strategic direction to the organization, driving business growth and profitability, building a high-performing leadership team, strengthening market presence, and ensuring sustainable long-term growth.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of business leadership, P&L management, strategic planning, business development, project-based operations, client and stakeholder management, and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Leadership

Define and drive the company's vision, mission, strategic direction, and long-term objectives.
Develop and execute business strategies aligned with the company's growth plans.
Identify new business opportunities, markets, services, and potential areas for expansion.
Establish organizational priorities and ensure alignment across all departments.
Drive a performance-oriented and accountable organizational culture.

2. Business Growth & Development

Lead overall business development and revenue-growth initiatives.
Identify and develop new markets, customer segments, strategic partnerships, and business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, developers, investors, architects, consultants, contractors, and other industry stakeholders.
Strengthen the company's market positioning and brand presence.
Drive expansion into new locations and business verticals as appropriate.

3. Financial & P&L Management

Take overall responsibility for the company's financial performance and profitability.
Monitor revenue, margins, costs, cash flow, budgets, and financial targets.
Work closely with the Finance & Accounts team to ensure financial discipline and effective resource utilization.
Review business performance and take timely corrective actions.
Ensure sustainable and profitable growth.

4. Organizational Leadership

Lead and guide the senior leadership team, including COO, department heads, and functional leaders.
Establish clear organizational goals, responsibilities, and accountability.
Build a strong leadership pipeline and develop future organizational leaders.
Review departmental and business performance regularly.
Promote a culture of ownership, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

5. Operations & Project Oversight

Provide strategic oversight of construction, civil, interior, architectural, and other project operations.
Ensure the organization has effective systems and processes to deliver projects efficiently.
Review major project performance, profitability, timelines, quality, and risks.
Work with the COO and Project Leadership team to address critical operational challenges.
Ensure operational activities support the company's overall business objectives.

6. Sales & Market Strategy

Provide strategic direction to the Sales and Business Development functions.
Set overall revenue and growth targets in coordination with the leadership team.
Review sales pipeline, major projects, key accounts, and market opportunities.
Support high-value negotiations and strategic client acquisitions.
Develop strategies to increase market share and customer retention.

7. Strategic Partnerships & Stakeholder Management

Develop and maintain relationships with strategic business partners and industry stakeholders.
Represent Wearch Developers at important business meetings, industry forums, and negotiations.
Identify opportunities for joint ventures, partnerships, collaborations, and strategic alliances.
Manage relationships with major clients and other key stakeholders.

8. Governance, Risk & Compliance

Ensure the organization operates within applicable legal, regulatory, contractual, and ethical standards.
Identify major business, financial, operational, and market risks.
Establish appropriate risk-management and mitigation strategies.
Ensure strong corporate governance and internal controls.
Promote transparency, accountability, and ethical business practices.

9. Systems & Organizational Development

Drive the development of scalable organizational systems, policies, processes, and SOPs.
Encourage technology adoption and data-driven decision-making.
Continuously evaluate organizational performance and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure the company is structured to support future growth and expansion.

10. Management Reporting & Decision-Making

Review overall company performance against strategic and financial objectives.
Establish appropriate organizational KPIs and performance benchmarks.
Analyse business trends, market conditions, competition, and industry developments.
Present strategic recommendations and business plans to the management/board.
Make timely and informed decisions to support business growth and profitability.

Minimum 20 years of relevant professional experience, preferably with significant senior-management experience in:

Other Requirements

Willingness to travel across Kerala and other locations as required.
Strong understanding of the Kerala construction and real-estate market will be an advantage.
Ability to work closely with promoters/management and take complete ownership of organizational growth and performance.
Should demonstrate high levels of integrity, ownership, accountability, strategic thinking, and leadership maturity.
Experience in managing multi-location or multi-project operations will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
