Full job description

Wise Trinity Financial Services is an Ireland based accounting and taxation practice providing professional services to businesses across Ireland.

We are looking for a reliable, organised, and detail oriented Accounts & Administration Executive to join our remote team in India.

In this role, you will support our accountants with bookkeeping, administrative tasks, and day to day client communications. You will help manage shared email inboxes, maintain client records, request and organise documents for accounting, taxation, and occasional immigration matters using established checklists, and assist with various office administration tasks.

This is a full time remote position offering the opportunity to work with an international accounting practice, gain exposure to Irish accounting and taxation, and grow your career in a supportive and professional environment.
Working hours will generally be approximately 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm IST, Monday to Friday, to align with Irish business hours.
Full training will be provided on our systems and processes. We are looking for someone who is proactive, eager to learn, and committed to delivering high quality work with excellent attention to detail.

Successful candidates will be required to complete a short practical assessment before the final interview.

Requirements:

Own laptop or desktop computer suitable for office work.
Reliable high speed internet connection.
Quiet home working environment suitable for professional client communication.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
