What this job involvesYou will oversee the entire Property Management Services for a portfolio client . Key Account Director (KAD) is responsible for overall portfolio performance, client satisfaction, financial management, operational excellence and strategic growth. Lead end-to-end property management operations across a 17 million sq. ft. portfolio by ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, technical reliability, statutory compliance, client relationship management and large team management also ensuring business profitability. 1.Strategic Account Management Act as the single point of contact for the client.
