About Position:

A. Agile / Scrum Master Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives.

Coach the team and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.

Partner with Product Owner tomaintaina healthy, prioritized backlog with clear acceptance criteria and Definition of Done.

Track sprint progress (velocity, burn-down/burn-up) and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and impediments.

B. Project / Delivery Management Responsibilities

Own end-to-end project management across scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and stakeholder communication.
