As we continue to expand globally, we are building innovative learning experiences through engaging digital content, interactive classes, and impactful educational storytelling. We are looking for creative professionals who can combine storytelling, content strategy, and video production expertise to create high-quality learning experiences for young learners.

Role Summary

We are looking for a Creative Content Writer with strong scriptwriting and video production expertise to create learner-first scripts, screenplays, storyboards, and visual content for BrightCHAMPS’ educational videos, live classes, and marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of storytelling, visual communication, and content creation for digital platforms. You will collaborate with educators, video producers, editors, and creative teams to develop engaging, age-appropriate, and production-ready content that inspires learning.

Key Responsibilities

Write scripts, screenplays, storyboards, and narration scripts for educational videos, lesson modules, advertisements, and promotional content targeting K–12 learners.
Convert curriculum objectives into engaging scripts with age-appropriate narration, dialogues, storytelling elements, and visual directions.
Collaborate with video producers, editors, illustrators, and instructional designers to plan, develop, and refine content.
Apply video production knowledge to improve storytelling through effective pacing, scene planning, transitions, and visual direction.
Create marketing and brand content including blogs, social media scripts, captions, newsletters, and campaign copies.
Develop supporting learning materials such as assessments, practice activities, teacher guides, and facilitation notes.
Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, clarity, grammar, and alignment with brand guidelines.
Adapt content for Indian audiences while ensuring cultural relevance and accessibility.
Maintain content documentation, version control, and asset organization.
Incorporate feedback from learners, parents, educators, and creative teams to continuously improve content quality.

Qualifications & Requirements

2–5 years of experience in scriptwriting, screenplay writing, video scripting, animation content, or digital content creation.
Strong understanding of video production processes, including pre-production planning, shooting basics, editing workflows, and visual storytelling.
Excellent command of English with strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Ability to create engaging narratives suitable for children and young audiences.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Film, Creative Writing, Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in educational content creation, edtech, animation, or children's media is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

Experience writing scripts for YouTube, short-form videos, animations, or digital learning platforms.
Understanding of child psychology and learner engagement techniques.
Familiarity with content management systems and creative production tools.

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
