Full job description

Job Title: Senior Video Editor (Reels & AI Content Specialist)

Experience: Minimum 4 Years
Location: Delhi (Preferred)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly creative and skilled Video Editor with a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in editing high-quality videos, short-form reels, and digital campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong visual storytelling ability, excellent editing skills, and hands-on expertise in AI-powered creative tools to produce engaging and trend-driven content across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Edit high-quality videos for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, corporate films, and government projects.
Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook videos, and promotional content optimized for each platform.
Develop compelling storytelling using motion graphics, transitions, sound design, typography, and visual effects.
Work closely with content writers, graphic designers, and social media managers to conceptualize and execute campaigns.
Produce fast-paced, trend-based content while maintaining brand consistency.
Color correct, enhance audio quality, and optimize videos for multiple formats and resolutions.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, editing styles, AI tools, and platform algorithms.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.

Required Skills

Minimum 4 years of professional experience in video editing.
Expert knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent editing software.
Strong experience in creating viral reels and short-form content.
Excellent understanding of pacing, storytelling, transitions, sound design, and motion graphics.
Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Runway ML, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Kling AI, Veo, CapCut AI, ElevenLabs, and other AI-powered video generation/editing platforms.
Ability to create AI-enhanced videos, animations, subtitles, voiceovers, and visual effects.
Strong understanding of social media trends and platform-specific content strategies.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and excellent time management skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Video Editing, Multimedia, Animation, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in advertising agencies, digital marketing firms, media houses, or production studios.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working on government communication, public awareness campaigns, political campaigns, or corporate branding projects.
Knowledge of 2D/3D animation, motion graphics, VFX, and AI-generated video production.
Basic photography and videography skills will be an added advantage.
Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality reels, advertisements, digital campaigns, and creative video edits.
