Executive Assistant (Remote)

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with US-based clients, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage executive calendars, appointments, and scheduling.

* Handle email management and professional correspondence.

* Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting notes.

* Organize travel arrangements and itineraries when required.

* Conduct online research and prepare reports, presentations, and documents.

* Maintain confidential records and company files.

* Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and internal team members.

* Assist with project coordination and ensure deadlines are met.

* Perform general administrative and executive support tasks as assigned.

Requirements

* Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Personal Assistant.

* Experience working with US-based clients is required.

* Excellent written and spoken English.

* Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.

* Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar) and Microsoft Office.

* Experience using project management tools such as Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or Notion is an advantage.

* Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.

* Reliable computer, stable high-speed internet connection, and a quiet home office.

Work Schedule

* Remote position

* 6 days per week

* Working hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST

* Applicants must be available to work this schedule consistently.

Compensation

* USD $200–$300 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
