About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Developer with 7+ years of professional software development experience to lead the design, development, and optimization of business-critical applications. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical expert who can translate complex business requirements into scalable software solutions while mentoring junior developers and driving technical excellence.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, building high-quality software, improving development processes, and taking ownership of projects from concept to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable software applications.
Lead the development of websites, web applications, internal business systems, and automation platforms.
Architect robust, secure, and high-performance software solutions.
Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices.
Review code, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend technical solutions.
Design and optimize databases for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Build and integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement permanent solutions.
Improve application security, performance, and system reliability.
Participate in software architecture decisions and technology selection.
Manage deployments, version control, and release processes.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and development standards.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend process improvements.
Support ongoing software enhancements, upgrades, and modernization initiatives.

Technical Requirements

Candidates should have strong hands-on experience in most of the following technologies:

Frontend

HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
React.js (preferred)
Responsive UI development
Modern frontend development practices

Backend

Strong experience in Node.js, Python, or PHP
Experience designing scalable backend architectures
Authentication & authorization implementation

Database

MySQL
PostgreSQL
MongoDB
Database optimization and query performance tuning

Other Technical Skills

REST API design and development
Git and Version Control
Cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)

Experience working in Agile development environments.

Nice to Have

Experience with AI tools, AI integrations, or automation workflows.
Knowledge of Machine Learning integrations or Generative AI APIs.
Experience with ERP, CRM, or enterprise business software.
Mobile application development experience (Android/iOS/Flutter/React Native).
Experience with message queues, caching, and distributed systems.
DevOps knowledge including Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code.
Experience with analytics dashboards and reporting systems.
