Job Title: Key Account Manager – Aesthetics & Corporate Sales

Location: Saket , New Delhi
Employment Type: Full-time , 9am to 6 pm (Monday to Saturday)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Key Account Manager with a strong background in the aesthetics, beauty, or wellness industry. The ideal candidate will have experience working with leading organizations such as VLCC or similar brands and possess a proven track record in managing corporate accounts, driving sales, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage key corporate accounts to achieve sales and business growth targets.
Identify and acquire new corporate clients within the aesthetics, beauty, wellness, and healthcare sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
Create and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue opportunities.
Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and commercial negotiations.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and exceptional service delivery.
Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and account performance reviews.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
3–8 years of experience in Key Account Management, Corporate Sales, or Business Development.
Prior experience in the aesthetics, beauty, cosmetic, wellness, or dermatology industry is mandatory.
Experience working with VLCC or a similar aesthetics/wellness organization will be highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of corporate account management and B2B sales.
Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of managing multiple key accounts.
