To lead end-to-end site construction and execution activities for large-scale Solar PV projects (100+ MW portfolio) by driving safe, timely, and cost-effective project delivery while managing all site functions, EPC contractors, vendors, and cross-functional execution teams.
Operating from remote solar project sites, the role is responsible for overall construction leadership and execution management across multiple work fronts including civil, structural, electrical, module installation, inverter stations, pooling substations, transmission systems, testing, commissioning coordination, logistics, EHS, and stakeholder management.
Key challenges include managing large-scale execution under aggressive timelines, coordinating multiple EPC contractors and vendors, ensuring timely availability of materials and resources, driving workforce productivity, maintaining high standards of safety and quality, resolving site-level execution bottlenecks, and ensuring seamless coordination across all site functions to achieve project commissioning milestones.
The role requires a strong site execution leader currently handling complete site responsibility for large-scale Solar PV projects. Profiles limited to Civil Lead, Electrical Lead, or Project Planning/Project Management roles without overall site leadership experience will not fit the requirement.
