Job Details

This job profile description is a standardized, non-contractual reference description and global reference tool provided for organizational consistency and talent architecture purposes across Cencora. Actual duties and responsibilities may vary based on business needs, local requirements, and operational practices. Where a team member's role is governed by an employment agreement, local terms and conditions, prior job description or collective bargaining agreement, those documents shall prevail in case of any inconsistency. Mandatory local laws shall also prevail.

Processes employee lifecycle transactions by completing onboarding, job change, and separation documentation and updating records in designated systems.

Compiles payroll inputs by gathering required data, validating completeness, and routing issues for resolution to support accurate pay outcomes.

Coordinates pre-employment and onboarding activities by initiating background check steps, organizing orientation logistics, and tracking completion.

Maintains personnel documentation by organizing files, verifying required forms, and supporting audit-ready recordkeeping.

Prepares standard HR reports by validating recurring workforce data and escalating gaps or exceptions for action.

Executes local HR program administration (e.g., service awards) by processing transactions, sending communications, and retaining supporting records.

Routes policy and benefit communications by distributing updates to appropriate stakeholders and capturing required acknowledgements.

Knowledge of Service Now & Workday

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.

Less than 2 years of experience in human resource shared service operations, human resource information system, payroll, benefits, or a related field required.

Proficiency in clear written and verbal communication.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and sound judgment.
Proficiency in building productive working relationships through strong interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in developing and delivering effective presentations.
Ability to apply analytical thinking to assess issues and recommend actions.
Ability to organize work effectively with strong attention to detail.
Ability to resolve associate issues quickly and efficiently through timely follow-up and appropriate escalation.
Working knowledge of labor law, EEO/AAP, recruiting, and compensation and benefits practices.
Ability to represent a consistently positive and professional image.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Ability to implement and sustain processes that support audit readiness and satisfactory audit outcomes.
