Sakash Resources Management Pvt. Ltd. is hiring on behalf of a leading petcare client based in Wadala, Mumbai for the following poision:

Job Title- Business Associate | Founder’s Office

Location: Wadala,Mumbai

Experience: 1-4 Years

Qualification: MBA, BBA, Commerce, Marketing or related degree.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven, resourceful and proactive Business Associate to work directly with the founder across multiple businesses in the pet care industry.

This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys solving problems, meeting people, building strategies, travelling, and taking ownership. Every day will be different - you could be meeting veterinarians, preparing investor or client presentations, coordinating product launches, brainstorming marketing campaigns, researching new opportunities, or representing the company at industry events.

If you're someone who enjoys startups, AI, business strategy, marketing, and building brands from scratch, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

· Build and maintain relationships with veterinarians, distributors, retailers and key partners.

· Visit veterinary clinics, hospitals and pet businesses regularly.

· Identify and generate new business opportunities.

· Represent the company during client meetings, exhibitions and conferences.

· Travel across India whenever required for business development.

Founder Support

· Work directly with the founder on day-to-day business priorities.

· Help organize and prioritize ongoing projects.

· Follow up with vendors, agencies, clients and internal stakeholders.

· Coordinate meetings and maintain action trackers.

· Ensure deadlines are met across multiple projects.

Strategy & Research

· Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

· Develop business strategies for product launches and market expansion.

· Research industry trends, customer insights and emerging opportunities.

· Assist in pricing, positioning and go-to-market planning.

· Present insights with clear recommendations.

Presentations & Documentation

· Create professional PowerPoint presentations.

· Develop pitch decks, proposals and client presentations.

· Prepare reports, meeting summaries and business documents.

· Convert ideas into structured documents with excellent formatting.

Marketing & AI

· Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and Canva AI to improve productivity.

· Draft marketing campaigns, product content and communication.

· Assist with website content, brochures and product pages.

· Generate creative ideas for branding and social media.

· Use AI to research, summarize and automate workflows.

Project Management

· Coordinate product launches and marketing campaigns.

· Track timelines across different business verticals.

· Work with designers, agencies, manufacturers and freelancers.

· Ensure projects move forward without constant follow-up.

Client Management

· Attend client meetings independently whenever required.

· Understand client requirements and prepare solutions.

· Build long-term relationships through regular communication.

· Maintain professionalism while representing the founder and the company.

Operations

· Coordinate with manufacturers, logistics partners and vendors.

· Assist in event planning and execution.

· Support exhibitions, conferences and veterinary events.

· Handle miscellaneous business tasks that help the founder operate efficiently.

Skills Required

· Excellent spoken and written English.

· Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

· Strong PowerPoint and Microsoft Office skills.

· Excellent research and analytical abilities.

· Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

· Comfortable working independently.

· Strong problem-solving mindset.

· Ability to multitask across several businesses.

· Comfortable using AI tools daily.

· Professional email writing skills.

· Quick learner with a startup mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

· MBA, BBA, Commerce, Marketing or related degree.

· 1–4 years of experience in consulting, business development, strategy, marketing or founder's office roles.

· Experience in startups is preferred.

· Experience with Canva, Notion, Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

· Knowledge of AI tools is a strong advantage.

· Pet industry experience is a bonus but not mandatory.

Travel Requirements

· Willingness to travel frequently within India.

· Comfortable visiting veterinarians, distributors, clients and manufacturing facilities.

· Bangalore travel will be required whenever needed, along with travel to other cities for meetings, conferences and business development.

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
