About the Role
We are looking for an energetic, confident, and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. He/She will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, demonstrating the product, and converting leads into users. This role requires excellent communication, a professional appearance, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach the target audience, including students, parents, educational institutions, coaching centers, and other prospective customers.
Conduct product presentations and live demonstrations of the educational application.
Explain the application's features, benefits, and services to potential users.
Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, events, and other marketing activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
Follow up with prospective customers to maximize conversions.
Gather customer feedback and share market insights with the product and management teams.
Represent the company professionally during meetings, promotional events, seminars, and exhibitions.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, reports, and other business documents.
Maintain customer records, sales reports, and marketing data.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Customer Relationship Management (Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Presentable personality with a professional attitude.
Confident in meeting new people and delivering product presentations.
Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and promotional activities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
