We are a rapidly scaling digital marketing agency specializing in high-performance lead generation, robust SEO, and premium web development. We build predictable revenue pipelines for high-ticket B2B sectors, specifically focusing on luxury real estate projects, industrial packaging machinery, and agricultural consulting. We strictly represent top-tier suppliers and expert consultants—not manufacturers. As we scale our operations to smoothly manage 130+ active client accounts, we are looking for a highly organized, client-obsessed Freelance Client Account Coordinator to act as the primary bridge between our clients and our internal delivery teams.

Role Overview

We are seeking a stellar communicator who excels in a 100% remote environment. You are the "Heads-Up" face of the agency. Your primary objective is to deliver a white-glove, premium communication experience for our high-ticket clients, ensuring they feel supported, informed, and confident in our services. By managing day-to-day client interactions, formatting performance reports, and gathering project assets, you will act as a vital shield for our internal Project Managers and technical pods, allowing them to remain "Heads-Down" and focused on execution.

Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding & Asset Collection: Guide new B2B and real estate clients through the onboarding process. Efficiently gather all required assets (brand guidelines, CRM access, high-res images, product feeds) before handing the project over to the internal delivery team.
Daily Client Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for daily client inquiries, status updates, and minor revision requests via email or Slack.
Reporting & Presentation: Gather raw data from our Media Buyers and Technical SEO specialists and format it into clean, easily digestible weekly and monthly performance reports. You must translate complex marketing data into clear business value for non-technical clients.
Internal Liaison: Actively translate client feedback into clear, actionable tasks for our Project Managers and Operations team without causing scope creep or interrupting the developers directly.
Meeting Coordination: Schedule and prepare agendas for monthly client strategy calls, taking detailed minutes and tracking all follow-up action items.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an Account Management, Customer Success, or Client Coordination role within a digital marketing agency or tech environment.
Industry Fluency: A solid fundamental understanding of digital marketing terminology (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, CPL, ROAS, WordPress). You don't need to know how to run the ads, but you must know how to confidently talk about them with clients.
Client Empathy & Composure: The ability to remain calm, professional, and reassuring when handling high-ticket clients who may be anxious about their ad spend or project timelines.
Extreme Organization: Flawless attention to detail when managing multiple client folders, asset drives, and communication threads.
Remote Competency: Highly responsive, with excellent written and verbal English communication skills, capable of operating asynchronously.

Pay: ₹300.00 - ₹3,500.00 per hour
