Perform Digitally is a digital marketing agency helping businesses grow through performance marketing, paid advertising, strategy, automation, and AI-driven solutions.
The role will also support communication for Perform Digitally Institute and other projects managed by the founder.
Role Overview : We are looking for a confident, highly organised, and well-spoken professional who can manage communication between the founder and clients.
This person will represent the founder in initial conversations, understand client requirements, coordinate calls, schedule meetings, follow up with prospects, and ensure that no important communication is missed.
This is not a basic telecalling role.
The person will work closely with the founder and act as the communication bridge between the founder, clients, prospects, students, partners, and internal teams.
- Key ResponsibilitiesCommunicate professionally with clients and prospects through calls, WhatsApp, email, and online meetings.
- Understand the client’s initial requirements before scheduling a meeting with the founder.
- Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and manage meetings for the founder.
- Follow up with leads, clients, prospects, students, and business partners.
- Explain Perform Digitally’s digital marketing services at an introductory level.
- Handle enquiries related to Perform Digitally Institute.
- Maintain proper records of conversations, follow-ups, meetings, and client requirements.
- Send meeting reminders and ensure clients attend scheduled meetings.
- Prepare brief notes before every founder-client meeting.
- Share meeting summaries, action points, and follow-up requirements after calls.
- Coordinate between the founder, clients, and the internal team.
- Handle communication professionally so that the founder’s time and brand value are protected.
- Use AI tools to prepare replies, summaries, follow-up messages, presentations, research, and meeting notes.
- Ensure every client and prospect receives timely and professional communication.

Candidates who have completed a digital marketing course or have worked with a digital marketing agency will be preferred.

The candidate does not need to be an AI expert, but should be comfortable learning and using AI in daily work.

- Has completed a digital marketing course or has digital marketing experience.
- Is confident while speaking with clients.
- Is organised and responsible.
- Can independently manage follow-ups and appointments.
- Understands the importance of protecting the founder’s time.
- Can represent the founder and company professionally.
- Learns quickly and is comfortable using AI tools.
- Has a mature personality and strong communication presence.
- Can build trust and seriousness around the founder’s meetings and commitments.
- Experience1–3 years of experience preferred.
- Experience in digital marketing, client servicing, business development, appointment setting, sales coordination, founder’s office, or executive assistance will be preferred.
- Strong freshers with excellent English and digital marketing knowledge may also apply.
- Educational QualificationGraduate preferred.
- Digital marketing certification or course preferred.
- Formal education is less important than communication skills, confidence, discipline, and practical knowledge.
