Full job description

We are one of the top most reputed organization in Coimbatore in Real Estate and Construction Industry. We are building the team and looking for a Zonal Head.

The Zonal Head is responsible for leading and managing the overall business operations of an assigned geographical zone. The role ensures the achievement of sales, operational, financial, and customer satisfaction objectives while coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive sustainable business growth.

Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Business & Strategic Leadership

· Develop and execute zonal business strategies aligned with the company's vision and objectives.

· Drive business growth by expanding market presence and identifying new opportunities.

· Prepare annual business plans, budgets, and revenue forecasts for the assigned zone.

· Monitor market trends and recommend strategic initiatives to senior management.

2. Sales & Revenue Management

· Oversee sales performance across all branches and projects within the zone.

· Ensure achievement of sales, booking, and revenue targets.

· Monitor sales pipelines, customer conversions, and collection efficiency.

· Review pricing strategies and support major sales negotiations.

3. Operations Management

· Ensure smooth execution of business operations across all regional offices and project locations.

· Standardize operational processes and improve efficiency.

· Monitor project progress in coordination with construction and project management teams.

· Ensure timely handover of completed projects to customers.

4. Team Leadership & Talent Development

· Lead, mentor, and inspire Branch Managers, Sales Managers, Operations Managers, and support teams.

· Build a high-performance culture through coaching, training, and performance management.

· Identify leadership talent and develop succession plans.

· Ensure effective manpower planning and resource utilization.

5. Customer Relationship Management

· Maintain strong relationships with key customers, investors, channel partners, and corporate clients.

· Address escalated customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.

· Improve customer satisfaction, retention, and referral business.

· Ensure high standards of customer service throughout the customer lifecycle.

6. Business Development

· Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and expansion markets.

· Strengthen relationships with channel partners, brokers, and corporate clients.

· Explore joint ventures and institutional business opportunities.

· Support the launch of new projects and market expansion initiatives.

7. Financial Management

· Monitor zonal budgets, profitability, and operational costs.

· Ensure effective cost control without compromising quality.

· Review financial reports, cash flow, collections, and profitability.

· Recommend measures to improve financial performance.

8. Cross-Functional Coordination

· Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, CRM, Finance, Legal, HR, Procurement, and Project teams.

· Ensure seamless communication and collaboration between departments.

· Resolve operational issues affecting project delivery and customer satisfaction.

· Support management in implementing company-wide initiatives.

9. Compliance & Governance

· Ensure compliance with RERA regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.

· Monitor legal documentation, approvals, and audit compliance.

· Promote ethical business practices and risk management.

· Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards.

10. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

· Review branch and project performance through regular MIS reports.

· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.

· Conduct periodic business reviews and implement corrective action plans.

· Present performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

· MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification (preferred).

· 12–18+ years of experience in the real estate and construction industry.

· Minimum 5–8 years of leadership experience managing multi-location operations or regional business.

· Strong understanding of real estate regulations, RERA compliance, construction processes, and project lifecycle management.
