Job Summary

We are seeking a creative, enthusiastic, and results-driven Social Media Executive to strengthen our digital presence and enhance brand awareness. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, publishing, and managing engaging content across multiple social media platforms while supporting marketing campaigns, lead generation, and employer branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Social Media Management

Plan, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.
Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.
Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars.

Content Creation

Create engaging captions, reels, short videos, graphics, and carousel posts.
Coordinate with the Graphic Designer for creative assets.
Capture photos and videos during company events, product launches, exhibitions, and employee activities.
Write compelling content for social media, blogs, and marketing campaigns.

Digital Marketing

Assist in planning and executing paid advertising campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn.
Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
Support lead generation initiatives through digital platforms.

Community Management

Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries promptly.
Engage with followers and build meaningful online relationships.
Monitor online reviews and brand mentions.

Analytics & Reporting

Track social media performance using platform insights and analytics tools.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Analyze engagement, reach, impressions, follower growth, and lead generation metrics.

Branding & Marketing Support

Support employer branding initiatives.
Coordinate with HR for recruitment campaigns.
Assist in product launches, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
Ensure all communications align with company branding guidelines.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking with strong storytelling abilities.
Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
Basic video editing skills using Premiere Pro, CapCut, VN, or similar software.
Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing fundamentals.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing.
Freshers with exceptional portfolios and digital marketing certifications may also apply.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in B2B Marketing or the Electrical/Industrial/Manufacturing sector.
Certification in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Content Marketing.
Experience with photography and videography.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Monthly content calendar completion (100%).
Number of posts, reels, and videos published.
Growth in followers and page reach.
Engagement rate (likes, comments, shares, saves).
Website traffic generated from social media.
Qualified leads generated through digital campaigns.
Campaign ROI and cost per lead.
Timely response to messages and inquiries.
Employer branding and recruitment campaign performance.
Brand consistency across all digital platforms.
