Location: Eco Tower, Noida
Job Type: Full-time, Office-based
Industry: Home Water Filtration
Salary: Fixed salary plus performance incentives
Shift: Working hours aligned with Australian customers

About the Role

We are looking for two disciplined and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our Noida office.

You will speak with customers in Australia who have enquired about our water filtration systems through Facebook, online forms and other advertising channels.

This role primarily involves making outbound follow-up calls to interested leads, handling inbound enquiries, understanding customer requirements, explaining our products, managing objections and booking the next step in the sales process.

This is not a role for someone who only speaks confidently. We are looking for people who listen carefully, follow the sales process, maintain accurate CRM records and consistently follow up with customers.

Key Responsibilities

Call new sales leads promptly
Make outbound follow-up calls to Australian customers
Handle incoming customer enquiries
Understand the customer’s water concerns and requirements
Explain whole-house water filtration products clearly
Answer basic pricing and product questions
Handle common objections professionally
Book appointments, assessments and follow-up calls
Send approved information to customers through WhatsApp and email
Record every call, conversation and next action in Zoho CRM
Follow up with leads until they purchase or are properly closed
Meet daily call, follow-up, appointment and sales targets
Attend regular sales training and call-review sessions
Follow company scripts, pricing and sales processes
Provide honest daily activity and performance reports

What We Are Looking For

Good spoken and written English
Clear and professional telephone communication
Strong listening and questioning skills
Confidence when speaking with international customers
Ability to follow instructions and accept feedback
Honest, punctual and disciplined work habits
Good follow-up and organisational skills
Basic computer and CRM knowledge
Comfortable with call recording and performance monitoring
Able to work from our Eco Tower, Noida office
Comfortable working hours that align with Australian customers

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in any of the following will be preferred:

Telesales
Outbound calling
Inbound sales
Lead conversion
Appointment setting
Australian, UK or international customer calling
Solar, water purification or home-improvement sales
Insurance, finance, real estate or education sales
BPO or international call-centre sales
CRM-based lead follow-up

Candidates with approximately 1–4 years of relevant experience are preferred. Strong fresh candidates with excellent listening ability, discipline and willingness to learn may also be considered.

Provide activity updates that cannot be verified through the CRM and calling system

Improvement after coaching

Performance will not be judged only by the number of hours reported or calls claimed. Calling activity and customer follow-ups will be recorded through company systems.
