We are looking for a creative, strategic, and execution-focused Social Media Manager who is passionate about content creation, storytelling, and brand building. If you enjoy turning ideas into engaging content and staying ahead of social media trends, we'd love to have you on our team.

Job Summary

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for planning, creating, managing, and optimizing social media content for both client brands and The Growing Graph. You will oversee the complete content lifecycle—from ideation and strategy to execution and performance analysis.

You will collaborate with designers, video editors, content creators, and marketing teams to produce engaging content that builds brand awareness, increases audience engagement, generates leads, and delivers measurable business results.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client and business objectives.
Create monthly content calendars and campaign plans.
Identify opportunities to improve brand visibility and audience engagement.
Manage multiple client accounts while ensuring consistent quality and timely delivery.

Content Creation & Creative Direction

Create original and engaging content ideas for social media platforms, including:
Static Posts
Carousel Posts
Reels
Stories
Promotional Campaigns
Educational Content
Trending Content
Brand Awareness Campaigns
Write compelling captions, headlines, hooks, and calls-to-action.
Develop scripts and creative concepts for short-form videos and reels.
Ensure all content aligns with the client's brand identity and marketing objectives.

Creative Team Coordination

Work closely with graphic designers, video editors, photographers, and content creators.
Provide creative briefs and clear instructions for content production.
Review, refine, and approve creatives before publishing.
Maintain consistency in branding, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms.

Social Media Management

Manage and maintain social media accounts across platforms such as:
Instagram
Facebook
LinkedIn
YouTube
X (Twitter)
Pinterest
Other relevant platforms
Schedule and publish content according to approved content calendars.
Monitor account performance and maintain an active online presence.

Community Management

Respond to comments, direct messages, and audience interactions professionally.
Build and nurture online communities through meaningful engagement.
Monitor customer feedback and maintain a positive brand reputation.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Track and analyze key performance metrics including:
Reach
Engagement
Follower Growth
Impressions
Clicks
Leads Generated
Content Performance
Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports.
Recommend improvements based on analytics and audience insights.

Trend Research & Innovation

Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes.
Identify viral trends and adapt them creatively for client brands.
Research competitor activities and recommend innovative content ideas.
Continuously experiment with new content formats and growth strategies.

Internal Brand Marketing

In addition to managing client accounts, you will be responsible for growing The Growing Graph's own digital presence by:

Creating engaging content showcasing company achievements and culture.
Publishing case studies, client success stories, testimonials, and portfolio highlights.
Developing content to generate leads and build brand authority.
Promoting company services, events, and business initiatives across social media platforms.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
Excellent content writing and copywriting skills.
Creative thinking with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
Experience in content planning and campaign management.
Knowledge of branding, storytelling, and audience engagement strategies.
Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines simultaneously.
Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and lead generation.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience in Social Media Management, Content Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
Portfolio showcasing social media campaigns, content creation, or brand management work is highly preferred.
Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar creative tools is an added advantage.
