SEO Analyst & Property Manager (Coimbatore)

Location: Madukkarai Market, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Work Model: Hybrid – On-site & Remote

Industry: Digital Marketing & Property Management

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: Minimum 2 years in SEO,Digital Marketing

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on experience

Reporting To: Managing Director / Head of Digital Marketing

Start Date: Immediate

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and responsible SEO Analyst & Property Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our premium villas and homestays while also supporting our digital marketing team with SEO and link-building activities.

This is a unique hybrid role combining property operations with digital marketing and off-page SEO. The ideal candidate will be comfortable coordinating staff and property operations on-site while independently handling online research, outreach, reporting, and link-building activities.

The candidate should have excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and research skills, along with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities1. Property Management

Ensure properties consistently meet high standards of cleanliness, presentation, ambiance, and guest experience.
Coordinate and supervise caretakers, housekeepers, groundskeepers, and other property staff.
Conduct regular property inspections and identify maintenance or service issues.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, maintenance teams, and service providers when required.

2. Facility & Grounds Management

Monitor swimming pool cleanliness, chemical balance, maintenance, and guest readiness.
Oversee lawn, garden, landscaping, and outdoor-area maintenance.
Supervise fish pond maintenance and general upkeep of property surroundings.
Schedule preventive maintenance for equipment, utilities, appliances, and property facilities.
Maintain records of repairs, maintenance schedules, vendor visits, and recurring issues.
Ensure maintenance problems are resolved promptly with minimal disruption to guests.

3. Team Management & Training

Assign daily and weekly responsibilities to property staff.
Train caretakers, housekeepers, and groundskeepers on hospitality standards and operating procedures.
Develop and maintain staff onboarding guides, SOPs, checklists, and operational manuals.
Monitor staff performance and provide feedback where necessary.
Coordinate staff schedules, attendance, and task completion.

4. Compliance & Documentation

Maintain accurate property, maintenance, and operational records.
Ensure compliance with applicable hygiene, fire, safety, and property-management requirements.
Maintain licenses, vendor records, and other required documentation.
Monitor expiry and renewal dates for relevant licenses and compliance documents.
Prepare periodic operational reports for management.

SEO & Link Building ResponsibilitiesSEO Analysis & Optimisation

Conduct keyword research and identify high-value SEO opportunities.
Analyse website performance, rankings, organic traffic, and competitors.
Perform on-page SEO audits, including meta titles, descriptions, headings, internal linking, and content optimisation.
Identify technical SEO issues and coordinate with the development team for fixes.
Monitor keyword rankings and search engine performance.
Analyse competitor SEO and backlink strategies.
Track SEO KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
Stay updated with Google algorithm changes, SEO trends, and ranking factors.

Link Building & Off-Page SEO

Plan and execute effective link-building and off-page SEO strategies.
Identify relevant and high-quality backlink opportunities.
Conduct blogger outreach, guest posting, business listings, citations, and niche outreach.
Build relationships with website owners, bloggers, publishers, and industry partners.
Analyse backlink quality using metrics such as Domain Authority, Domain Rating, traffic, relevance, and spam score.
Monitor new, lost, and potentially harmful backlinks.
Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and acquired backlinks.
Avoid spammy, paid-link, or black-hat SEO practices that may negatively affect website rankings.

Requirements & Skills

Previous experience in SEO, link building, or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO fundamentals.
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, or similar SEO tools.
Practical knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms.
Good understanding of backlink metrics and link-quality assessment.
Knowledge of Google ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
Strong analytical, research, communication, and reporting skills.
Good written English for outreach and communication.
Ability to manage multiple SEO and link-building campaigns.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Hardworking, honest, dedicated, results-driven, and quick to learn new SEO trends.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Candidate Requirements

Previous experience in property management, SEO, digital marketing, or link building is preferred.
Experience handling property owners, tenants, contractors, and maintenance requests
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good English communication skills, particularly for email outreach and online research.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to coordinate multiple properties, staff members, tasks, and deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle operational issues independently.
Good internet research and data-management skills.
Comfortable using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and online collaboration tools.
Basic understanding of SEO, backlinks, domain authority, anchor text, and off-page SEO.
Experience with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Ubersuggest, Google Search Console, or similar SEO platforms is an advantage.
Comfortable communicating with website owners, bloggers, vendors, contractors, staff, and guests.
Strong attention to detail, accountability, and ability to work independently.

Technical & Work Requirements

Candidates must have:

Their own laptop or computer
A reliable smartphone
A stable internet connection
Their own transportation for travelling to properties and completing on-site responsibilities
The ability to work both on-site in the Madukkarai/Coimbatore area and remotely, depending on operational requirements

For remote working hours, the company uses Hubstaff for attendance, working-hour, activity, and task tracking. Consistent attendance, availability during assigned working hours, and successful completion of responsibilities are mandatory.
