Position: Sales & Service Engineer Trainee
Employment Type: Apprenticeship
Training Location: New Delhi
Training Duration: 6 Months
Post-Training Location: New Delhi
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

About the Role:

OBLU Healthcare LLP is looking for enthusiastic and career-driven Sales & Service Engineer Trainees who are eager to build a career in technical sales, customer service, and field engineering.

This role offers hands-on exposure to customer interactions, product demonstrations, equipment installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and after-sales support. During the apprenticeship, trainees will work closely with experienced professionals to develop both technical expertise and customer relationship skills.

Eligibility Criteria:

Final-year students or graduates of B.Tech, B.E., Diploma (Polytechnic), or any other relevant engineering qualification.
Willingness to travel for customer visits and field assignments.
Candidates with a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills:

Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic technical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Problem-solving and analytical mindset.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Willingness to travel and work in field-based assignments.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and report preparation.

Key Responsibilities (Sales Responsibilities):

Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, networking, and cold calling.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and digital solutions.
Conduct product presentations and live demonstrations.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Participate in exhibitions, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement activities.
Collect market intelligence and competitor information.

Service Responsibilities:

Assist in installation, commissioning, and servicing of equipment at customer locations.
Provide first-level technical support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
Perform preventive maintenance and routine service visits.
Coordinate with the technical support team to ensure timely issue resolution.
Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt after-sales support.

Coordination & Reporting:

Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Accounts, and Support teams for smooth order execution.
Prepare daily activity reports, sales updates, service reports, and customer feedback.
Maintain professional communication with customers throughout the sales and service lifecycle.

Pre-Placement Offer (PPO):

Outstanding performers may be offered a full-time position upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, based on:

Compensation During Training:

Monthly Stipend: ₹15,000

After Successful Completion:

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month (In-Hand)
