Ceramic Pro is looking for a hands-on, entrepreneurial Marketing Manager who can take ownership of the brand’s marketing function and play a key role in building and scaling the brand.
This role is open to candidates from any industry who have demonstrated the ability to build a brand, create demand, develop strong marketing campaigns and operate successfully in a startup or high-growth environment. The ideal candidate should be a builder, creator and executor — someone who has taken a brand from an early stage and helped create meaningful market visibility and customer traction.
Location: We are primarily looking for candidates based in Hyderabad. However, candidates from other locations may be considered if they are willing to relocate to Hyderabad.

Mandatory Requirement
Startup + Brand-Building Experience
The candidate must have worked in a startup, early-stage or high-growth business environment and should have personally contributed to building a brand from scratch or significantly transforming/growing an early-stage brand.
We are looking for someone who has actually built, not someone who has only managed an established brand.
For example, the candidate should be able to demonstrate experience in:
- Building a brand identity and positioning
- Creating marketing strategies from the ground up
- Building social media/content presence
- Creating customer acquisition channels
- Launching new products/services/markets
- Building marketing processes with limited resources
- Creating campaigns and measuring their impact
- Working hands-on rather than relying entirely on agencies

Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Building
- Develop and execute Ceramic Pro’s overall brand and marketing strategy.
- Define brand positioning, messaging and communication.
- Build awareness and visibility for Ceramic Pro across markets.
- Develop campaigns that create both brand equity and business results.
- Identify new channels, partnerships and opportunities for growth.
- Build a consistent brand experience across digital and physical touchpoints.
2. Content & Social Media
- Build a strong and differentiated content strategy.
- Plan and execute content across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Develop creative campaigns, reels, videos, customer stories and educational content.
- Work with videographers, photographers, designers, creators and agencies.
- Build a consistent content engine rather than relying only on occasional campaigns.
- Travel when required for shoots, events and market activations.
3. Digital & Performance Marketing
- Plan and execute digital marketing and lead-generation campaigns.
- Manage/coordinate performance marketing agencies and partners.
- Monitor CPL, conversion rates, CAC, ROI and other relevant metrics.
- Test different audiences, creatives, campaigns and acquisition channels.
- Continuously optimise marketing spend and campaign performance.
4. Franchise & Local Marketing
- Develop marketing programs for headquarters as well as franchise partners.
- Support new franchise/showroom launches.
- Create local marketing strategies to drive enquiries and customer visits.
- Develop marketing toolkits, campaigns and templates that franchise partners can use.
- Work closely with franchisees to understand local market requirements.
5. On-Ground & Experiential Marketing
- Plan showroom launches, events, activations and customer engagement initiatives.
- Build strong brand presence at Ceramic Pro locations.
- Identify relevant partnerships and collaborations.
- Explore innovative offline and experiential marketing opportunities.
6. Influencer & Creator Marketing
- Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers, creators and communities.
- Develop influencer-led campaigns and collaborations.
- Evaluate campaigns based on both reach and business impact.
- Build long-term creator partnerships rather than one-off promotions.
7. Market Research & Growth
- Track competitors, consumer trends and emerging marketing channels.
- Identify opportunities for Ceramic Pro to differentiate itself.
- Conduct market research and use insights to improve marketing strategy.
- Experiment with new approaches and continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
Candidate Profile
- Must have 4–5 years of experience in Marketing / Brand / Digital Marketing.
- Mandatory startup / entrepreneurial / high-growth business experience.
- Mandatory experience of building a brand from scratch or significantly scaling an early-stage brand.
- Strong understanding of brand building and consumer marketing.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing and social media.
- Strong content and campaign understanding.
- Experience managing agencies, freelancers, creators and vendors.
- Understanding of performance marketing and lead generation.
- Strong communication and project-management skills.
- High ownership and entrepreneurial mindset.
Industry Background
Industry experience is NOT mandatory.
