Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, experienced and result-oriented E-Commerce Executive who can independently handle our Amazon account and other E-Commerce marketplace operations.

The candidate must have strong practical knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and E-Commerce seller panels and should be capable of managing day-to-day operations with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate should be able to take complete ownership of E-Commerce operations, identify problems proactively and work toward improving sales, listing quality, account health and overall marketplace performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and monitor Amazon Seller Central on a daily basis.
Create and optimize product listings including titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, backend search terms and images.
Optimize listings for Amazon SEO, search visibility, traffic and conversions.
Manage orders, returns, refunds and cancellations.
Monitor Amazon Account Health, VOC and Seller Performance.
Resolve listing errors, suppressed listings, stranded inventory and catalogue issues.
Handle ASIN, SKU, EAN/UPC/GTIN and variation-related issues.
Manage FBA and FBM operations.
Monitor inventory and coordinate to prevent stock-outs and excess inventory.
Manage pricing, offers, promotions and discounts.
Monitor FBA inventory, shipments, reimbursements and discrepancies.
Raise and manage Amazon Seller Support cases.
Communicate effectively with Amazon Seller Support and follow up until issues are resolved.
Identify and resolve Amazon policy, catalogue and listing-related problems.
Monitor competitors, pricing, keywords, product rankings and marketplace trends.
Prepare regular sales, inventory, order and performance reports.
Coordinate with warehouse, product, packaging and marketing teams.
Handle other E-Commerce marketplaces/accounts as required.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve sales, rankings, visibility and conversion rate.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Strong practical knowledge of Amazon Seller Central.
Experience in Amazon listing creation and optimization.
Good understanding of Amazon SEO and keyword research.
Knowledge of FBA & FBM.
Understanding of Amazon Account Health and Seller Performance.
Ability to independently handle Amazon Seller Support cases.
Knowledge of ASIN, SKU, EAN/UPC/GTIN and catalogue management.
Experience with inventory and order management.
Basic knowledge of Amazon PPC/Advertising will be an advantage.
Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Good English communication and writing skills.
Ability to work independently and take responsibility for assigned tasks.

CANDIDATE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Have at least 6–8 months of practical E-Commerce experience.
Have hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central.
Understand the complete E-Commerce order-to-delivery process.
Be comfortable working with Seller Central reports and dashboards.
Have experience resolving Amazon listing, catalogue and account-related issues.
Be proactive and capable of solving problems independently.
Be willing to learn new marketplace policies, tools and processes.
Be responsible for the overall performance of assigned E-Commerce accounts.
