The Academy of Digital Health Sciences delivers digital-health education for doctors, nurses, pharmacists, allied healthcare professionals and healthcare leaders. Its portfolio includes self-paced and executive programmes, including courses in digital health, nursing, pharmacy, AI and healthcare leadership, delivered with academic and industry partners.
Role Purpose
The Project Associate will support the end-to-end execution and growth of the Academy’s course portfolio. The role combines programme operations, learner support, course-quality monitoring and digital marketing. The successful candidate will ensure courses run smoothly while helping generate awareness, enquiries and enrolments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Course and Programme Operations
- Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of online, self-paced, live and blended learning programmes.
- Maintain programme calendars, learner cohorts, faculty schedules, session links, course materials and assessment timelines.
- Monitor the learning-management system (LMS) to ensure modules, videos, readings, quizzes, assignments and certificates are correctly published and accessible.
- Conduct pre-launch checks for each course and identify technical or content issues before learners are affected.
- Coordinate with faculty, content teams, technology vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues promptly.
- Track learner progress, attendance, completion, assessments, certificates and support requests.
- Maintain accurate programme records, trackers and weekly status reports.
2. Learner Experience and Support
- Serve as a first point of contact for prospective and enrolled learners through email, phone, WhatsApp and other approved channels.
- Support learners with enrolment, payment, LMS access, course navigation, assignments, assessments and certificates.
- Ensure timely onboarding communications, reminders, course updates and completion communications.
- Collect learner feedback, identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to the learner journey.
- Help build alumni engagement through testimonials, learner stories, referral initiatives and community communications.
3. Course Quality and Improvement
- Review course pages, brochures, learner communications and LMS content for accuracy, clarity and consistency.
- Monitor course delivery against planned timelines and flag risks, delays or quality concerns.
- Support periodic review of course content, learner feedback and completion data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate updates to course content, faculty information, marketing collateral and FAQs.
- Help ensure that partner, accreditation and certification-related information is communicated accurately.
4. Marketing and Enrolment Support
- Develop and execute course-marketing plans in coordination with the communications and leadership teams.
- Create briefs and content for email campaigns, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, website updates, learner testimonials and brochures.
- Promote programmes to relevant audiences such as doctors, nurses, pharmacists, allied health professionals, hospital leaders and digital-health professionals.
- Coordinate webinars, information sessions, faculty interactions and other lead-generation activities.
- Track leads, enquiries, conversions, campaign performance and enrolment status using CRM or internal trackers.
- Follow up with prospective learners in a professional, timely and consultative manner.
- Support partnerships with hospitals, universities, professional associations and healthcare organisations for institutional enrolments.
5. Reporting and Coordination
- Prepare weekly and monthly dashboards covering enquiries, enrolments, learner progress, completion rates, support tickets, campaign performance and programme risks.
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, contact lists and project trackers.
- Support cross-functional coordination with the Academy, Digital Health Associates and external partners.
- Undertake other programme and growth responsibilities as assigned.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education, healthcare, communications, technology or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in EdTech, online learning, programme coordination, learner success, digital marketing or project management.
- Experience supporting online courses, LMS platforms or learner cohorts is preferred.
- Experience in healthcare, digital health, professional education or executive education is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills; Hindi communication ability is desirable.
Required Skills
- Strong project-management and organisational skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple courses, deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and online-learning tools.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, lead tracking and basic campaign analytics.
- Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides, Canva and collaboration tools.
- Strong learner-service orientation, problem-solving ability and ownership mindset.
- Ability to interpret basic performance data and convert it into practical actions.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CRM, email automation, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager or similar tools.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, website content management and webinar platforms.
- Interest in digital health, AI in healthcare, healthcare education or professional development.
- Experience coordinating faculty, subject-matter experts or external academic partners.
