About the Role

Arobit is looking for a creative, technology-driven AI Video Creator & Editor who can combine professional video editing, storytelling and modern Generative AI tools to create engaging, high-quality video content.

This is not a conventional video editing role. We are looking for someone who can use AI as part of the complete creative workflow—from research and ideation to script development, AI-generated visuals, voiceovers, editing and final content delivery.

You will create content for Arobit, its brands and client projects across technology, digital marketing and business-focused industries.

Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality short-form and long-form video content for marketing and digital platforms.
Produce Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, advertisements, explainer videos and branded content.
Transform scripts, concepts and creative briefs into engaging visual stories.
Use AI tools to research ideas, develop concepts and support script creation.
Generate AI-powered visuals, video sequences, B-roll, voiceovers and creative elements where required.
Edit raw footage and AI-generated assets into polished final videos.
Add captions, subtitles, transitions, motion graphics, sound effects, music and other relevant visual elements.
Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form videos.
Create platform-specific versions of content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
Work closely with the Social Media, Content, Design and Marketing teams.
Contribute creative concepts, hooks and video ideas based on current trends and campaign objectives.
Manage multiple video projects and ensure timely delivery.
Maintain proper organization of project files, source footage and creative assets.
Continuously research and experiment with new AI video tools and creative workflows.
Identify opportunities to improve production quality, creativity and turnaround time through AI.

Mandatory Core AI Workflow

The candidate should be comfortable using AI as part of the creative production process.

RunwayFor AI video generation, transformation, visual experimentation and AI-assisted video workflows.

GrokFor research, ideation, creative brainstorming, trend analysis and script assistance.

GeminiFor research, content ideation, scripting, prompt development and creative assistance.

ElevenLabsFor AI voiceovers, voice generation, dubbing and audio workflows.

HiggsfieldFor cinematic AI video creation, visual storytelling and creative video generation.

The candidate is not expected to simply know the names of these tools. They should understand how to use AI tools strategically within a video production workflow.

Required Video Editing Skills

Strong video editing and visual storytelling ability.
Good understanding of pacing, hooks and audience retention.
Experience creating short-form vertical videos.
Ability to transform an idea or script into a compelling visual story.
Understanding of captions, subtitles, music, sound effects and transitions.
Ability to combine real footage with AI-generated visual elements.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Understanding of current social media content trends.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who thinks beyond traditional video editing.

The ideal candidate should be able to understand a workflow such as:

Research → Idea → Hook → Script → AI Prompting → Visual Generation → Voice Generation → Editing → Captions → Platform Adaptation → Final Delivery

You should be:

Expected Output

The exact output will depend on the complexity and type of project. However, the candidate should be capable of consistently managing a structured content production workflow involving:

Short-form videos and Reels.
Social media video campaigns.
Promotional and advertisement creatives.
AI-assisted explainer videos.
Long-form video editing and repurposing.
Multiple platform-specific content versions.

Production targets will be planned based on project requirements, complexity and available source material rather than applying one fixed number to every type of video.

Proper file and asset management.
