Full job description

The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling Park+ Boom Barrier solutions, along with Pheonix System’s wider portfolio of security and automation products, including CCTV, digital locks, burglar alarms, access control systems and related solutions.

The ideal candidate should be confident in approaching customers, identifying business opportunities, conducting product presentations and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities

● Generate new business opportunities for Park+ Boom Barrier and access automation solutions.

● Promote Pheonix System’s complete range of security and automation products.

● Identify potential customers across industries, factories, IT parks, apartments, gated communities, commercial buildings, hospitals, schools, warehouses and parking facilities.

● Conduct field visits, customer meetings and product demonstrations.

● Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.

● Develop relationships with facility managers, security teams, purchase teams, builders, contractors, consultants and decision-makers.

● Prepare quotations, coordinate proposals and follow up until order closure.

● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

● Generate business through direct sales, channel partners, referrals and networking.

● Coordinate with the technical team for site surveys, installations and customer requirements.

● Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular sales reports.

● Ensure timely follow-up with prospects and existing customers.

● Support customer relationship management and after-sales coordination.

Products and Solutions

Promote and generate business for Pheonix System’s security and automation portfolio, including:

● Park+ Boom Barriers

● CCTV Surveillance Systems

● Digital and Smart Locks

● Burglar and Intrusion Alarm Systems

● Access Control Systems

● Video Door Phones

● Parking and Security Automation Solutions

● Other integrated security products and solutions

Marketing Responsibilities

● Generate leads through online and offline marketing activities.

● Support social media and digital marketing campaigns.

● Identify new market segments and potential customer groups.

● Maintain customer and prospect databases.

● Follow up on enquiries received through websites, social media, WhatsApp and other channels.

● Support promotional activities, exhibitions and customer engagement programs.

● Monitor competitor activities and identify new market opportunities.

● Assist in preparing marketing materials, product presentations and sales proposals.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is:

● Confident and comfortable with field sales and customer meetings.

● Skilled in communication, negotiation and relationship building.

● Target-oriented and motivated by business growth.

● Able to understand customer requirements and explain technical products clearly.

● Willing to travel locally for customer visits.

● Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, MS Office and basic CRM or sales tools.

● Self-driven and capable of managing follow-ups independently.

● Presentable and professional when interacting with customers.

● Able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following industries will be an advantage:

● Security systems

● CCTV and surveillance

● Access control

● Boom barriers and parking automation

● Building automation

● Electrical or electronic products

● B2B technology sales

● Industrial or commercial equipment sales

Freshers with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in sales may also be considered.
