Senior Sales Executive – Immediate Hiring

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth, manage sales opportunities, build strong client relationships, and convert prospects into long-term customers.

The ideal candidate should have proven sales experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, networking, referrals, field visits, and other sales channels.
Generate, qualify, and manage leads throughout the sales pipeline.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, product/service demonstrations, and business discussions.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial discussions with prospective clients.
Follow up consistently with prospects and convert qualified leads into customers.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and requirements while working towards successful deal closure.
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
Handle the complete sales cycle independently, from initial enquiry to closure and handover.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, follow-ups, meetings, and sales performance.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Identify opportunities for repeat business, upselling, and cross-selling.
Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and customer satisfaction.
Support junior sales team members with guidance and effective sales practices when required.

Required Skills & Technical Knowledge

Strong experience in sales, business development, lead generation, and client acquisition.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Tamil and English.
Strong negotiation, presentation, persuasion, and closing skills.
Proven ability to convert leads into successful business opportunities.
Strong customer relationship management skills.
Good understanding of sales pipelines, lead management, and follow-up processes.
Experience using CRM, MS Excel, Email, and other sales tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to independently manage multiple leads and sales opportunities.
Strong target-oriented approach with ownership of assigned sales goals.
Good time management and ability to prioritize multiple activities.
Willingness to attend client meetings and travel within Coimbatore and nearby locations when required.

Preferred Candidate Profile

2–5 years of proven experience in Sales, Business Development, Client Acquisition, or related roles.
Experience in an IT company, digital solutions company, software company, digital marketing agency, or other B2B service-based organization will be an advantage.
Candidates with a proven record of achieving sales targets are preferred.
Strong professional communication and client-handling skills.
Self-motivated, confident, and capable of working independently.
Candidates from Coimbatore or nearby locations preferred.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license will be an added advantage.
