We're thrilled to announce the opening for Marketing Executive position at Moet Hennessy, Mumbai, reporting to the Marketing Manager. As part of the Brand Marketing function, you will be working as a key member of the wider marketing team at Moet Hennessy India. You will always act as a guardian and ambassador for the brand, ensuring that all brand marketing activities respond to the global brand vision of Moet Hennessy and its brands. We are looking for a creative, passionate & execution focused brand marketing professional to take on an exciting journey, working closely with business stakeholders to achieve the organization’s vision.

Job responsibilities

How you will contribute…

Brand Strategy and Planning (Scope: Assisting)

Translating brand strategy into focused, impactful brand plans & priorities with the Senior Marketing Manager.
Bring distinctive ideas to life across experiential events, communication campaigns (activations and promotions, etc.) as well as PR-led initiatives
Deliver on-brand proposals that are creative, innovative, and commercially driven
Be accountable for specific & focused responsibilities within key brand projects

Brand Plan Implementation (Assisting, Owning)

Achieve brand desirability objectives and maximize consumer value perception by executing the brands communication roadmap through skilfully crafted assets that are consistent, effective and on-brand. Measure using key performance tools across digital and PR
Lead, build and execute relevant PR/Digital plan in line with strategic objectives and target audience in partnership with key agencies
Own assigned A&P budgets, ensuring disciplined investment, timely tracking and proactive recommendations to maximise ROI.
Drive on trade, off trade activations and marketing plan: Tapping key opportunities in trade, developing new markets ensuring best in class visibility executions.
Lead development of trade activation; ensure active communication to drive campaigns, activation plans
In association with Trade Marketing, review customer activation effectiveness basis set SOP and targeted KPIs. Develop post cycle recommendations for future activity
Lead & oversee all Promo Pack & POSM Management in respect to Maison order deadlines & in market shipment dates, maintaining and deploying. Assess & monitor budget impact on shipment

Financial (Assisting)

Understand P&L and be able to work cohesively with sales team to build profitable growth in line with with brand & CTP guidelines
Own assigned A&P budgets, ensuring disciplined investment, timely tracking and proactive recommendations to maximise ROI.
Drive commercially sound vendor negotiations, balancing quality, timelines and cost efficiency

Business Assessment (Owning, Assisting)

Regular analysis and review of brand performance (including trade time), ensuring clear understanding opportunities, threats & competitor strategies
Prepare Business and brand Review reports and reviews for visiting regional/ global senior management and Maison representatives
Manage external contracts with key trade: listings, point of sale visibility and merchandising, volume tracking basis activations committed in the contracts
Track competition: width of distribution benchmarked against other brands; pricing across on-trade and end consumer price, PR and activation of own and competition brands in key markets

Communication (Owning)

Lead project as needed and help write business and marketing plan in collaboration with necessary stakeholder – this could be anything from a Value-Added Pack to a promotional merchandise
Independently lead communication with internal stakeholders - Maisons, regional teams
Independently lead and close tasks with external parties, e.g. Activation/Event, Digital and PR agencies and POSM materials production companies, in order to brief and manage promotional and associated materials

New Product Development (Assisting)

Attend and contribute to weekly team updates and mentor/manage other team members

Profile

We are looking for unique and amazing talent. Join us if you have…

3-4 years of strong experience in Brand Marketing preferably with a luxury/Premier FMCG brand
In depth knowledge of brand planning, Marketing and ROI across advertising and media.
Good exposure to the digital ecosystem with an understanding and appreciation of luxury marketing
Exposure to building brands in culture
Sound working knowledge of MS office tools- Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook
A natural curiosity and love for the industry; experience within the wines & spirits space preferred
Good, clear communicator at all levels, with the ability to tailor communication depending on the audience.
Positive outlook and proactive approach to problem solving, using initiative where required
WSET Certification is an added advantage
Education : MBA in marketing
Language: Excellent written and verbal proficiency in English.
