Job Title: Inside Sales Executive – AI Courses

Location: Chennai and Coimbatore
Experience: 2–5 Years

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Inside Sales Executive with proven experience in selling AI, Generative AI, technology, or professional certification courses.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B and B2I (Business-to-Institution) sales, along with excellent communication, consultative selling, lead conversion, and relationship-management skills.

The candidate will be responsible for generating and converting leads, selling AI learning programs to individuals and institutions, developing corporate/institutional relationships, and achieving monthly revenue and enrolment targets.

Key Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end inside sales for AI, GenAI, and technology-focused courses/programs.
Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate AI courses/programs.
Conduct consultative sales conversations and explain course benefits, outcomes, curriculum, and career/business value.
Generate and convert B2B and B2I leads from companies, educational institutions, colleges, universities, training organizations, and corporate L&D teams.
Identify decision-makers such as HR Heads, L&D Heads, Talent Development Heads, Business Heads, CXOs, College Management, Deans, Training & Placement Heads, etc.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Conduct product/course presentations and online demos for prospective clients.
Handle objections, negotiate commercials, follow up, and close deals.
Maintain accurate lead, opportunity, follow-up, and conversion data in CRM.
Work closely with marketing and academic/product teams to improve lead conversion.
Develop long-term relationships with corporate and institutional clients.
Identify opportunities for corporate AI training, workshops, certifications, upskilling programs, and institutional tie-ups.
Track competitors, market trends, and customer requirements in the AI/EdTech space.

Mandatory Requirements

2–5 years of experience in Inside Sales / Business Development / EdTech Sales / Corporate Training Sales.
Proven experience in selling AI / GenAI / Machine Learning / Data Science / Technology courses or professional training programs.
Strong B2B sales experience is mandatory.
Experience in B2I – Business-to-Institution sales is mandatory/preferred strongly.
Experience dealing with corporates, colleges, universities, institutions, L&D teams, or HR teams.
Strong experience in lead generation, qualification, follow-ups, negotiation, and closing.
Proven track record of achieving sales/enrolment targets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation, convincing, objection-handling, and negotiation skills.
Comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
Working knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting.

Good to Have

Experience selling AI/GenAI corporate training programs.
Experience with enterprise learning, executive education, upskilling/reskilling, or certification programs.
Existing network of corporate or educational/institutional contacts.
Experience with LinkedIn prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns, and outbound sales.
Understanding of AI concepts such as Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, AI Agents, RAG, and AI Automation.
Experience selling to CXOs, HR/L&D leaders, colleges, universities, or government/educational institutions.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is someone who has already sold AI/technology courses or corporate training programs, understands both individual and institutional buying behaviour, and can independently manage the sales cycle from lead generation → qualification → presentation → objection handling → negotiation → closure.

B2B + B2I + AI/GenAI course-selling experience should be given the highest preference.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
