Content & Influencer Marketing Strategist

Department: Digital Marketing

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and strategic Content & Influencer Marketing Strategist to develop engaging content and build the company's digital presence through content marketing and influencer collaborations. The candidate will be responsible for planning content, identifying relevant influencers, managing collaborations, and supporting brand awareness and lead generation.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and execute content marketing strategies aligned with company and business objectives.
Plan and maintain a content calendar for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and WhatsApp.
Create content ideas related to company products, manufacturing, R&D activities, technology, projects, and industry trends.
Develop engaging content concepts for posts, reels, videos, articles, and short-form content.
Identify and research relevant influencers, creators, industry experts, and professional communities.
Build and maintain relationships with suitable influencers and content creators.
Coordinate influencer collaborations, campaigns, product promotions, and content deliverables.
Monitor content performance and audience engagement across digital platforms.
Analyze content reach, engagement, leads, and overall campaign performance.
Work closely with the Graphic Design, Videography, Sales, and Marketing teams to execute campaigns.
Research industry trends, competitor content, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
Support brand-building and B2B lead-generation activities through content and influencer marketing.
Prepare regular content and campaign performance reports.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Mass Communication, Visual Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
Digital Marketing certification is an added advantage.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of Content Marketing and Social Media Marketing.
Good understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and WhatsApp.
Strong content planning and creative thinking skills.
Good writing and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of influencer marketing and creator collaborations.
Ability to identify relevant influencers and evaluate their audience.
Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
Knowledge of Canva or other basic content creation tools is an advantage.
Good research, coordination, and organizational skills.
Willingness to learn new digital marketing tools and trends.
Target-oriented and result-driven approach.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Freshers with relevant Digital Marketing knowledge or certification are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in content marketing, social media, or influencer marketing will be preferred.
Internship or practical experience in content creation or social media marketing is an added advantage.
Interest in B2B, manufacturing, engineering, and industrial products is preferred.
Creative, proactive, and willing to take ownership of content and marketing activities.
Immediate joiners are preferred.

Freshers and candidates with relevant experience who are passionate about content creation, social media, influencer marketing, and digital brand building are encouraged to apply.
