Take ownership of complex invoicing processes and help drive financial accuracy across a global business.

As a Senior Invoicing Associate, youll play a critical role in managing complex invoicing activities, supporting key client accounts, and ensuring accurate and timely billing across our global operations. Working closely with Payroll, Operations, Recruitment, Finance, and Credit Control teams, youll help optimise invoicing processes while delivering exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.

What Youll Be Doing

Invoice Management: Prepare, review, and issue high-volume customer invoices accurately and within agreed timelines.
Strategic Account Ownership: Manage end-to-end invoicing activities for key accounts, ensuring compliance with customer-specific billing requirements.
Invoice Submission: Submit invoices through customer portals, web-based billing systems, and EDI platforms.
Billing Accuracy: Validate invoice details, rates, taxes, timesheets, and supporting documentation before submission.
ERP Management: Maintain accurate invoice records and update invoice statuses within Navision and related systems.
Issue Resolution: Investigate invoice rejections, coordinate credit notes and rebills, and resolve billing discrepancies.
Reconciliations: Reconcile customer self-billing transactions against approved timesheets and resolve variances efficiently.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Payroll, Recruitment, Operations, Finance, and Credit Control teams to streamline invoicing processes.
Process Improvement: Analyse invoicing trends, identify efficiencies, and contribute to automation and process enhancement initiatives.
Documentation & Governance: Maintain account-specific SOPs, process documentation, and invoicing best practices.
Credit Control Support: Assist with aged debt resolution, disputed invoices, and payment collection activities.

What Were Looking For

Invoicing Expertise: 5+ years experience in invoicing, billing, accounts receivable, or finance operations.
MSP Knowledge: Strong understanding of MSP staffing invoicing, timesheet validation, and customer billing processes.
Analytical Skills: Ability to investigate discrepancies, identify trends, and improve financial processes.
Advanced Excel Skills: Strong experience with reporting, data analysis, formulas, VLOOKUPs, and Pivot Tables.
Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams and functions.
Attention to Detail: Highly accurate and quality-focused when managing invoicing activities.
Systems Knowledge: Experience working with ERP and invoicing systems, with Navision experience being advantageous.
Continuous Improvement Mindset: Passion for improving processes, systems, and operational efficiency.
