Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant, The role focuses on delivering high-quality Oracle HCM Cloud solutions by leading client workshops, designing system architectures, and managing full project lifecycles—from requirement gathering to post-go-live support. Senior consultants are expected to have 5+ years of experience and deep expertise in multiple modules of Oracle Fusion HCM
Experience
8–10 years (Minimum 5+ Years of Experience on Oracle Fusion)
Key Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering & Analysis
Engage with HR stakeholders to document business processes and functional requirements.
Perform Gap Analysis to identify where standard Oracle functionality needs custom extensions or workarounds.
Translate complex business needs into detailed functional specifications (e.g., BRD, MD50).
System Configuration & Implementation
Lead the end-to-end configuration of all HCM modules.
Setup enterprise structures, legal entities, and workforce structures.
Configure complex workflow routing rules for Employee and Manager Self-Service (ESS/MSS).
Testing & Quality Assurance
Develop comprehensive test plans, scripts, and scenarios for System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Manage regression testing for quarterly Oracle updates to ensure new patches do not disrupt existing processes.
Data Management & Technical Coordination
Oversee data migration using tools like HCM Data Loader (HDL) and Spreadsheet Data Loader.
Collaborate with technical teams on integrations (OIC), custom reports (BI Publisher, OTBI), and Fast Formulas.
End-User Enablement & Support
Conduct training sessions and create user manuals for HR administrators and end-users.
Provide expert-level Production Support, troubleshooting complex functional issues and managing Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle.
Oracle Redwood Adoption Skills
Strong understanding of Oracle Redwood User Experience (UX) concepts and design principles
Hands-on experience enabling and validating Redwood-enabled HCM pages and flows
Experience with Redwood role-based pages and personalized user journeys
Leadership & Project Management
Mentor junior consultants and manage specific workstreams within a project.
Advise clients on industry best practices, risks, and process optimization.

Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementations
End-to-end knowledge of Hire‑to‑Retire processes
Oracle Fusion HCM security roles, data roles, and approval workflows
Experience with OTBI and BI Publisher reporting
Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field
Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Certification(s) – Preferred
Oracle Redwood UX exposure or training – Strong Plus
Soft Skills
Excellent stakeholder communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Ability to support UX change and user adoption initiatives
Experience working in Agile or Waterfall delivery models
Nice to Have
Multiple Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementations
Exposure to quarterly Oracle Fusion updates and Redwood release readiness
Global HR or multi-country rollout experience
Knowledge of India statutory and compliance requirements
