About the Role
AtoZ VirtuaL is looking for a highly reliable, mature, versatile, and growth-oriented professional to work directly with the Founder as the Executive Director – Founder's Office.
This is not a conventional job. It is a senior executive leadership opportunity for someone who wants to build an organization from the ground up and become one of its key leaders.
You will serve as the Founder's trusted partner, strategic advisor, execution leader, and representative, helping rebuild, strengthen, and scale AtoZ VirtuaL into a globally recognized organization.
You will be expected to think like an owner, act with integrity, lead with confidence, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
About AtoZ VirtuaL
AtoZ VirtuaL is currently in a rebuilding and restructuring phase.
You will not be joining an organization with fully established departments, mature systems, or predefined processes.
Instead, you will play a pivotal role in designing, organizing, strengthening, and scaling every aspect of the business—from people and processes to governance and execution.
This opportunity is best suited for someone who enjoys building rather than simply managing.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership
- Work directly with the Founder to understand the organization's vision, priorities, values, and long-term objectives.
- Convert ideas into structured execution plans with measurable outcomes.
- Lead the Founder's Office as the central hub for strategy, governance, coordination, and execution.
- Build scalable organizational structures, SOPs, workflows, reporting mechanisms, and accountability systems.
- Drive execution across departments while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Organizational Development
- Recruit, mentor, develop, and lead high-performing teams.
- Build departments and operational frameworks from scratch.
- Establish performance standards and continuously improve organizational effectiveness.
- Coordinate activities across Operations, HR, Recruitment, Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Branding, Customer Success, Compliance, Partnerships, Research, Finance Coordination, and other strategic functions.
Problem Solving & Ownership
- Take complete ownership of unresolved matters, historical backlogs, pending commitments, and legacy issues, ensuring they are addressed professionally and systematically.
- View concerns, complaints, escalations, and operational challenges as opportunities to create lasting solutions rather than issues to avoid.
- Identify risks early and implement practical corrective actions before problems escalate.
- Ensure work reaches completion with minimal dependence on the Founder.
Founder Representation & Executive Support
One of the primary objectives of this role is to become a dependable extension of the Founder.
You will:
- Act as the Founder's trusted executive partner, representative, gatekeeper, and primary point of coordination.
- Protect the Founder's time by managing priorities, filtering distractions, and ensuring focus remains on strategic growth.
- Represent the Founder in meetings, negotiations, stakeholder discussions, reviews, and strategic initiatives whenever delegated.
- Build strong relationships with employees, clients, partners, vendors, and other stakeholders while representing the Founder's vision, values, and expectations.
- Handle sensitive, confidential, and high-impact matters with professionalism, maturity, and sound judgment.
- Ensure that wherever appropriate, matters are resolved without requiring unnecessary intervention from the Founder.
- Support the Founder across business, professional, leadership, and appropriate personal or social-impact initiatives whenever required.
- Continuously safeguard and strengthen the reputation, credibility, goodwill, and public image of both the Founder and AtoZ VirtuaL.

CompensationFirst 3 Months (Probation)
- Profit-sharing model.
- 20%–30% share of net profits generated during the probation period.
- No fixed salary during probation.
After Probation
Based on performance, contribution, leadership, and business outcomes, both parties may mutually decide to continue with profit sharing, transition to a fixed compensation model, or adopt a hybrid compensation structure.
