Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development

Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities for IT services and software solutions.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting.
Engage with C-level executives, founders, business owners, and key decision-makers.
Understand client business challenges and recommend appropriate technology solutions.
Conduct discovery calls, client presentations, and virtual meetings.
Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and commercial documents.
Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close business opportunities.
Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business and account growth.
Collaborate closely with technical, marketing, and project teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
Maintain accurate sales records, activities, and forecasts using CRM tools.
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Lead Generation & Prospecting

The successful candidate must have practical experience in outbound lead generation using the following channels:

LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Research target industries, companies, and key decision-makers.
Build and manage prospect lists using advanced search filters.
Execute personalized outreach campaigns through LinkedIn.
Generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities.
Maintain consistent follow-up and relationship-building activities.

Cold Calling

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients.
Introduce the company's services with confidence and professionalism.
Qualify business opportunities through effective questioning.
Handle objections and schedule meetings with decision-makers.
Maintain detailed call logs and follow-up activities.

Cold Email Outreach

Develop and execute personalized cold email campaigns.
Write compelling subject lines and persuasive email copy.
Build structured follow-up sequences to improve response rates.
Track campaign performance, engagement, and conversions.
Nurture prospects until they are ready for the sales process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven expertise in cold calling, cold emailing, and outbound sales strategies.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling methodologies.
Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or equivalent.
Ability to build relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Excellent time management, organizational, and follow-up skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience selling AI, Software Development, Web Development, Mobile Applications, or Digital Marketing services.
Experience working with international clients across the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, or the Middle East.
Knowledge of proposal writing, RFPs, and commercial negotiations.
Familiarity with sales automation and email outreach tools is an added advantage.
